Professors of art, initial, basic, middle and university education visited the León Center, to know the content of the temporary exhibition Crónicas de papel.

Teachers of initial, basic and middle level, as well as university and technical professors, responded to the call of the León Center that invited them to participate in Open Doors for Teachers, an activity organized as part of the program of the Training Unit of January-June 2007.

During the visit, more than seventy educational professionals learned about the contents of the exhibition Paper Chronicles, and received information about the training activities and the new didactic resources parallel to the exhibition that shows approximately one hundred drawings of the Chronic Team (1965-1981).
Open Doors for Teachers allows guests to dialogue with facilitators and specialists of the León Center and expand knowledge about the cultural offer of the institution, motivating teachers to use the exhibition as a didactic resource in schools.
This is one of the initiatives that the training program has prepared especially for the school public, highlighting the importance of teachers and reaffirming the commitment to collaborate with education through the educational proposal that it delivers with its various programs.
The exhibition Crónicas de papel is presented at the León Center as part of the exchange program with the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM), in Spain. The exhibition opened its doors in the Sala María Asensio de León to the public on February 28 and ends on April 15, 2007.
